Golfer, Zakiya Randall, Places First in Field That Includes LPGA Professionals In U.S. Women’s Open.

Zakiya Randall Has Won 34 of 43 Tournaments, Been Featured on The Golf Channel.
A natural athlete, Randall began playing golf after winning several junior tennis championships in

Randall earned her spot at the Sectional Qualifier after shooting a 74 and earning the low-medalist title at the U.S. Women’s Open Local Qualifier at Horseshoe Bend Country Club in
Randall shot back-to-back birdies coming down the final back nine at Horseshoe Bend to finish in a four-way tie for first place.
The U.S. Women’s Open and its qualifiers are open to professional and amateur female golfers with USGA Handicap Indexes of 4.4 or lower.
"It was awesome playing with such great golfers at Horseshoe," Randall said. "I’m really excited about the sectional."
"The Horseshoe Bend Country Club was set up as a par-72, 6,417-yard course for the local qualifier.
The 61st annual U.S. Women’s Open Championship will be held at Newport Country Club in
