Description:  A 7,773 Sf single-story addition to the existing 173,589 square-foot school.

The addition is a fully sprinkled, educational use group of Type IB construction as defined under the 2018 NC State Building Code. Sitework will include utilities, driveways, retaining walls, flatwork, and landscaping.

The addition and renovations will include renovated art and woodworking classrooms renovated and enlarged woodworking shop, new agriculture/mechanics, introduction to transportation and horticulture shops and classrooms, egress corridor, staff, and student toilet rooms and mechanical spaces.
