McDowell County Celebrates
Local McDowell County churches will celebrate their first annual Interdenomina-tional Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Fellowship Service on January 20, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. Catawba View Missionary Baptist Church of Old Fort, NC. will be the host church for this occasion. Ms. Mia Gentry of Greater Christian Life Church, Spartanburg, S.C. will be the keynote speaker, rendering a message that transcends race, religion, and ethnicity.
