2026 Skyview Pro/Am Golf Tournament

Western North Carolina’s oldest golf tournament.

The tournament will be played at the Country Club of Asheville.

The 66th Annual Skyview Pro/Am Golf Tournament is scheduled for September 21–22, 2026, and will return to the Country Club of Asheville, 170 Windsor Road.

The first Skyview tournament, one of western North Carolina’s longest-running golf traditions and a historic showcase for top Black golfers, took place in 1960 at the Muni, Asheville’s Donald Ross-designed Municipal Golf Course on Swannanoa River Road.

Since Tropical Storm Helene devastated the area along the Swannanoa River in late September 2024, the tournament has been hosted at the Country Club of Asheville.

Amateurs tee off each day at 9 a.m., followed by professionals at 2:30 p.m. The event includes driving-range access, coffee, and lunch for registered players.

Registration is open for both divisions: $550 for professionals and $225 for amateurs. Refunds are only available if federal, state, or local Covid-19 restrictions intervene.

The professional purse, based on a full field, offers $4,500 for first place, with payouts through tenth place due to Hurricane Helene’s impact on regional courses.

Skyview continues its 66-year legacy as a premier event to support and elevate Black golfers, drawing competitors, families, and supporters from across the country.
