Buncombe County Statistics
As of 12:16 p.m. on July 27, 2020 there were 1,455 lab confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 46 COVID-19 related deaths. A total of 32,965 tests have been administered.

- On July 23, 2020 there were 1,139 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 43 COVID-19 related deaths.

- On July 17, 2020 there were 982 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 42 COVID-19 related deaths.

Change in deaths reported: A long term care facility that has been heavily affected by COVID-19 incorrectly reported the deaths of 10 residents of their facility as COVID-related deaths. The statistics shown on this page have been adjusted accordingly.
