Historic Turnout for No Kings Protests
An estimated 12.1 million people attended protests around the country.
On Saturday, June 14, 2025, from coast to coast, people in small towns, cities, and local communities showed up.
This administration has defied our courts, deported Americans, disappeared people off the streets, attacked our civil rights, and slashed our services. The corruption has gone too far. No thrones. No crowns. No kings!
“No Kings” Day protests held nationwide.
North Carolinians from different backgrounds and political stripes also came together to reject the Trumpist agenda for extremism, hatred, and chaos.
This movement isn’t about party lines or political tribes. It’s about rejecting the idea that any one man, any one family, any one name is above the people. It’s about reminding this country that power was never meant to be inherited, worshipped, or hoarded.
Power belongs to the people. Always has. Always will.
On June 14, 2025, millions gathered to say, “In America, we don’t do Kings.”
No Kings Day was one of the largest days of protest in US history. From deep red small towns to our largest cities, millions of people turned out to make it clear that the American people will not bow to fascism.
