Community Engagement Markets: June 2026

These markets offer community members important resources at no cost.

Access free, healthy food and build relationships with your neighbors.

Community Engagement Markets are open to the community and located throughout Buncombe County. The markets provide onsite representation from organizations to assist with chronic disease prevention and management, connections to employment opportunities, librarian assistance, and healthy food demonstrations and education. Markets also offer a way to connect to services offered by the County and community partners.

Deaverview Community Center – Mondays, June 15 & July 20, from 3–4:30 p.m. 275 Deaverview Rd., Asheville.

Big Ivy Community Center – Tuesdays, June 16, June 23, July 14 & July 21, from 1–6 p.m. 540 Dillingham Rd., Barnardsville.

Shiloh Community Market – Wednesdays, June 17 & July 15, from 3–5 p.m. 486 Caribou Road, Asheville.

Klondyke Homes – Thursdays, June 18 & July 16, from 2:30–4:30 p.m. 500 Montford Ave., Asheville.

Grant Center – Monday, June 22, from 3–4:30 p.m. 285 Livingston St., Asheville.

Bartlett Arms Apartment – Tuesdays, June 23 & July 14, from 2:30–4:30 p.m. 121 Bartlett St., Asheville.

Pisgah View Apartments – Wednesdays, June 24, July 8 & July 22, from 1–3 p.m. 1 Granada St., Asheville.

ABCCM-West – Fridays, June 26 & July 24, from 2–4 p.m. 1914 Smoky Park Hwy., Candler.

Aston Park Apartments – Wednesday, July 1, from 3–4:30 p.m. 165 South French Broad Ave., Asheville.

Grove Street Community Center – Friday, July 10, from 12–1:30 p.m. 36 Grove Street, Asheville.

Maple Crest Apartments at Lee Walker – Monday, July 13, from 3–4:30 p.m. 20 Lee Garden Lane, Asheville.
