The 77th Asheville Holiday Parade will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Before the parade kicks off, a “Onesie One Miler” will be hosted by Kick It Events. This race is a festive downtown dash that’s fun for the entire family. It starts at 10:30 a.m., right before the beginning of the Asheville Holiday Parade. Get dressed up in your holiday best and join us for a run through Downtown Asheville!
The parade itself, which begins at 11 a.m. sharp, will have more than 60 entries. The theme of “Snow Globe” will include groups professional floats, local school groups, nonprofit organizations, local businesses, girl and boy scout troops, and many more!
The parade will begin on Biltmore Avenue at South Charlotte Street, proceed north along Biltmore to Patton Avenue, then west on Patton Avenue, and conclude at South French Broad Avenue.
The parade’s official performance stop will be located at the corner of Biltmore and Patton Avenues (Pack Square), but attendees will find great viewing areas all along the parade route. The parade is expected to last about an hour and a half.
