Medicare Information Classes
For those new to Medicare or who need help in understanding the benefits, the following classes have been scheduled.
Medicare Choices Made Easy
August 8: South Buncombe Library, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
September 21: UNCA/Reuter Center, 2-4 p.m.
Medicare Update
Classes to explain the changes in Medicare for 2013.
October 11: South Buncombe Library, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
October 16: Leicester Library, 5-7 p.m.
October 18: West Asheville Library, 3-5 p.m.
October 22: Pack Library, 1 -3 p.m.
October 24: Fairview Library, 3- 5 p.m.
October 30: Black Mountain Library, 5-7 p.m.
November 13: Weaverville Library, 4-6 p.m.
Other classes may be added in response to marketing efforts and requests from community groups. Community groups are encouraged to request Medicare classes or speakers for their organizations.
