27th Pastoral Anniversary Celebration
Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate the 27th anniversary of the Rev. John W. Brewster’s ministry beginning Saturday, September 12, 2015.
The celebration will begin at 3 p.m. with a special message from God’s messenger, Rodney “Bop” Garrett Jr., a young servant of God and “a man who is on fire and ready to do whatever God directs.” Refreshments will follow in the Convention Hall.
The celebration will continue on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 11 a.m., with a service led by another of God’s messengers, J. J. McMickens. Rev. McMickens is known for his courage to go wherever God directs and his ability to motivate and encourage the hardest of hearts. The service will be followed by dinner at the church, located at 56 Walton Street in Asheville. All are welcome to join the celebration.
