SBA’s Community Express Loan Program

Asheville, NC

            Participating Small Business Centers, the Small Business & Technology Developement Center and SCORE will host a series of small business loan intake sessions showcasing the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Community Express loan program in selected towns throughout western North Carolina during the month of July.

             The SBA Community Express Program offers smaller business loans up to $50,000 over a seven-year term, backed by the SBA, with no collateral required.  Eligible applicants include small businesses owned or to be started by women, veterans, and/or minorities.  Startup businesses are encouraged to apply, as are existing small businesses.  The loan sessions will provide an overview of the loan program.
