Saturday, December 22
Christmas Program & Service – Youth from “One Youth at a Time” will be participating in this joint Christmas service and Christmas program beginning at 11 a.m. Repast after the service. 240 Haywood Street in Asheville.

St. James A.M.E. Church

Annual Christmas Program – During the 11 a.m. morning worship services, youth and adult members will perform “Across the Road,” a play by Carol Costa. Baptist Ministers Union in Association with WNC Baptist Church

Watch Night Service – Rev. David Perry will be the guest speaker, accompanied by the choir of St. Johns Baptist Church of Arden, NC. Service begins at 10 p.m. 240 Haywood Street in Asheville.

21st Annual MLK Celebration

A Tribute to Children & Youth – Celebration sponsored by “One Youth at a Time.” Commissioner Al Whitesides will be the guest speaker. The annual youth oratorical youth presentation will be held, with the MLK award given to the winning speaker. 3 p.m. 240 Haywood Street in Asheville.
