As of 12:16 p.m. on October 19, 2020 there were 3,687 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 95 COVID-19 related deaths. A total of 85,629 tests have been administered.

A new NCDHHS app, SlowCOVIDNC, is notifying users of exposure to the virus. Help slow the spread, protect yourself, your loved ones and your community, simply by using your phone.
