Buncombe County Lab Confirmed Cases

As of 12:16 p.m. on October 28, 2020 there were 4,116 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 103 COVID-19 related deaths.

A new NCDHHS app, SlowCOVIDNC, is notifying users of exposure to the virus. Help slow the spread, protect yourself, your loved ones and your community, simply by using your phone.

The state also has a “Find My Testing Place” website with up-to-date information about testing locations in NC.

On October 19, 2020 there were 3,687 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 95 COVID-19 related deaths. A total of 85,629 tests had been administered.
On October 13, 2020 there were 3,536 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 93 COVID-19 related deaths.
On October 5, 2020 there were 3,285 positive cases of COVID-19 in Buncombe County residents and 89 COVID-19 related deaths.
