Buncombe County is asking the community about the link between housing instability and incarceration.
Through these surveys, you will provide input that will be used to guide planning for housing options for individuals in Buncombe County who were formerly incarcerated for the MacArthur Foundation’s Just Home Project.
The project’s goal is to break the link between housing instability and incarceration by funding communities to design and implement housing solutions for justice-involved people.
