Buncombe County Register of Deeds Office Has Moved
Asheville, NC – The Buncombe County Register of Deeds office has moved to 205 College Street, the historic brick building on the corner of College and Valley Streets in downtown Asheville. The office will open in its new location on Wednesday, October 28th.
“Citizens and business partners will continue to enjoy the excellent customer service that they have come to expect from the Buncombe County Register of Deeds office, just in a new location” said Register of Deeds Drew Reisinger. “The move makes way for the much needed Family Justice Center, which will provide services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence.”
The Family Justice Center will enable victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse to access a range of government and community services in one location at 35 Woodfin St.
Parking for the new Register of Deeds office will be available in the Buncombe County Parking Deck, located at 164 College Street. One hour of free parking will be available for those using the office.
