Wilma Dykeman 105th Birthday Celebration
A special evening honoring the life and work of Wilma Dykeman.
Wilma Dykeman was a trailblazer in environmental integrity, social justice, and the power of words.
Her legacy lives on through the Wilma Dykeman Legacy’s talks, workshops, events, books, and programs designed to inspire and educate communities.
This celebration will be an evening filled with music, food, presentations, and dancing, bringing together those who are passionate about continuing her mission.
Heavy hors d’oeuvres, birthday cake, and cupcakes provided. Each ticket holder will receive a copy of the digital keepsake “Birthday Card” (journal). Childcare services will be available.

The celebration takes place on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 5-8 p.m. at Mission Health / A-B Tech Conference Center, 16 Fernihurst Drive in Asheville. Doors open at 5 p.m. Program begins at 5:30 p.m. Tickets, $39.19, are available online.
