The Ethical Humanist Society of Asheville will present “Asheville’s Urban Renewal Legacy” from 2:30 to 4 p.m. UNC Asheville Professors Patrick Bahls and Kathleen Lawlor will explore the history of Asheville’s Urban Renewal from a quantitative, qualitative, and historical perspective, and discuss its impact on marginalized communities.

Colloquy is an opportunity to explore and reflect on a particular aspect of life in a structured and facilitated small-group setting in a nonjudgmental, confidential atmosphere.
