Grand Opening of FFR, High Performance Pedal-Electric Vehicle Company

Fletcher – On July 28, 2011, FFR will celebrate the Grand Opening of its first store on the east coast, at 66 Fletcher Commercial Drive, Suite E, in Fletcher. FFR specializes in three-wheeled “trikes” that can be pedaled or, alternatively, driven by an electric motor. These single-person vehicles boast 50 miles of range, one-hour charge time, and a speed up to 30 mph.

The opening event will start at 7:00 p.m. with complimentary food from Old World Baked Goods and local beverages. A demonstration of FFR’s flagship model, the “Transition 1,” will take place at 7:30 p.m., along with a raffle for $500 vehicle. The evening will end with a live performance by a local band beginning at approximately 8:30 p.m.

Since its founding in 2009, FFR has developed and hand-crafted ultra-light, pedal-and-electric vehicles for customers across the United States.
