Just Married – Payton & Chapman
Ms. Gloria A. Simmons of Hendersonville, NC, and Andre Mills of Arden, NC are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Ms. Neshelle Payton on February 28, 2015.
Honored to have taken Neshelle’s hand in marriage is Mr. Freddie L. Chapman, Jr., the son of Alice Chapman, and the late Freddie L. Chapman, Sr. of Asheville, NC.
The bride is employed with Buncombe County Schools, and the groom is employed at WilsonArt, Inc. A summer honeymoon to the Turks and Caicos islands is planned for June.
