Living Healthy Workshop

You’re invited to participate in a self-management workshop for people with any type of ongoing health problems. These problems may include heart disease, lung disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, overweight, fibromyalgia, and others.

Sessions are highly participative, where mutual support and success builds the participants’ confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
This is the last chance for you to participate in these programs for free. All classes that start after April 1 will have a registration fee of $30.

Land-of-Sky Regional Council
Dates: Mondays, March 14 – April 18
Cost: FREE. Time: 9:30 – 12 noon
