April is Autism Awareness and Child Abuse Awareness Month

Autism effects each individual differently and at varying degrees — this is why early diagnosis is so crucial. By learning the signs, a child can begin benefiting from one of the many specialized intervention programs. For more information, please visit http://www.autism-society.org.

Wear a blue ribbon as a way to speak out against child abuse. Put one on your car. Give one to your friends. You may save a child\’s life! If you suspect ANYTHING is happening to your children, your grandchildren, or the child next door, PLEASE ACT! If you get no response, try again! You may not hear their screams. You may not see their bruises. So check for the pain and the screams in their eyes. Be a Blue Ribbon Hero.
