Rev. Brent La Prince Edwards Continues Legacy in Baltimore
Rev. Willis Camp III named as new pastor of St. James.

Congratulations to Rev. Brent La Prince Edwards on his new assignment as Pastor of Water AME Church in Baltimore.
Pastor Edwards has provided faithful and consistent leadership to St. James A.M.E. Church and the Buncombe County community since 2010.
The new pastor of St. James, named by Presiding Prelate Bishop James Levert Davis, will be Rev. Willis Camp III. As noted by Rev. Edwards, Rev. Camp is “well seasoned, Holy Spirit-directed, educated, and super capable to lead this awesome house to its next great season and new dimensions in Kingdom building.… He is an amazing brother! I am able to serve here in my new assignment in Baltimore with great peace, knowing St. James is in wonderful, God-sent hands!”
Pastor Edwards leaves us with these words: “Deep thanks and gratitude to my beloved St. James A.M.E. family and the city of Asheville, NC, for 12 beautiful, wonderful, heart-felt, life-changing years of ministry! Now take the many prayers, counseling, seminars, fasting, workshops, strong biblical teaching, Holy Ghost power, the love for each other, and SOAR!”
