Expand Medicaid in North Carolina

A new website, NC Left Me Out, has been launched to collect stories of people who fall into the insurance gap.

People who make too little money to afford private insurance and do not qualify for subsidies on the Health Insurance Marketplace.

North Carolina could choose to provide 500,000 working people in our state with health insurance that would be almost entirely subsidized by the federal government but thus far has refused.

Many of these people are vital members of our communities, working as construction workers, hospitality workers, salespeople and more. They need access to affordable healthcare in order to stay healthy, working and financially secure.
In order to build a statewide community of supporters, we need your help. For more information, please go to www.ncleftmeout.org.
