Woman Offers to Sell Her Soul on eBay

A woman in Albuquerque, New Mexico is selling her soul on eBay. This might seem strange, but it makes sense to the woman who is doing it.

Lori was a passenger in a car that was hit by a drunk driver. Three weeks after the accident, she was in a coma suffering from a stroke, broken hip, broken pelvis, and numerous other injuries. She even lost her breast in the process.

Before the accident, Lori was a freelance writer. Her career came to an end because of her injuries. Now she makes jewelry for a living, and that’s what led her to market her soul on eBay to bring in a few extra dollars.

“What I’m gonna deliver is the opportunity for someone to save my soul,” Lori told KOB Eyewitness News 4, “They can save it through prayer, they can save it through conversion. They’re also gonna get a certificate detailing the white and black marks on my soul.”

Lori admitted that her eBay ad is a cry for help, and says that she just can’t take the pain and depression of the accident anymore. Lori expressed that she feels like an entirely different person. “I guess you could say that. I’m at the point now, I’m tired. I don’t feel good. I’m near the end of my rope. I really am.”

Lori says that even though she is going to offend some people in the process of marketing her soul, it is her hope that someone will allow her to make contact with their soul so that she might have some hope for a better future.
