Local Scholar Honored
Corrie Williams has been selected for membership in the National Society of High School Scholars.
Asheville student Corrie Williams, a student at the Martin Nesbitt, Jr. Discovery Academy, has been selected for membership in the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS).
NSHSS was founded by Claes Nobel, a member of the family that established the world-renowned Nobel Prizes. Students admitted to the NSHSS enjoy lifetime membership as a testament to their academic achievement, as well as access to scholarships study abroad programs, and other benefits.
