First Lady Jill Biden unveiled her Christmas decorations with the theme of “Gifts from the Heart.”
The centerpiece Christmas tree in the Blue Room is an 18 ½ foot Fraser Fir from Jefferson, NC. The traditional White House Gingerbread House also includes additional buildings honoring frontline workers and first responders.
More than 100 volunteers worked for a full week to set up 41 trees, 6,000 feet of ribbon, more than 300 candles, 10,000 ornaments, and 78,750 holiday lights.
