Asheville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Elects New Officers

Over the past few years membership in the Asheville chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. has grown: new brothers have joined, and others have transitioned from their respective undergraduate chapters into alumni.
The Asheville (NC) Alumni Chapter, chartered on April 11, 1981, has continued to answer the call of the national fraternity to “encourage achievement in every field of human endeavor.” On Sunday, April 22, the Asheville Alumni Chapter inducted new officers for its new fraternal year.
This new administration will take strides toward promoting their aims and purposes throughout the City of Asheville and surrounding areas. Through the leadership of the new chapter Polemarch (President), Dr. Lowell K. Davis, the chapter will continue to contribute to our community through philanthropic efforts and dedicated service to the city of Asheville.
Other officers elected to serve in the administration of Polemarch Davis are Vice Polemarch, Rev. Spencer Hardaway; Keeper of Records, Stephen J. Blount; Keeper of Exchequer, Dr. Larry McCallum; Strategus, James Gordon; and Nominations Committee Chairman, DeAndre T. Howard. Along with the new initiatives, the chapter will continue to advise two undergraduate chapters on the campuses of Mars Hill University and Western Carolina University, expanding their reach to serve others.
