Gluten-Free Goodies at Ingles

Often one of the most challenging aspects of being on a gluten-free diet for celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity (gluten intolerance) is finding good quality baked goods.
At Ingles we carry a variety of mixes and non-gluten flours so individuals can make their own breads, cakes and cookies using Bob’s Red Mill and King Arthur Flours and mixes or Betty Crocker gluten free cake, cookie and brownie mixes. We also have frozen gluten free breads from Udis Gluten Free and Rudi’s Gluten Free in the frozen foods department.
