An alliance of leading pro-democracy organizations has launched a campaign to challenge Trump policies that pose economic, political, and religious liberty threats to the nation.

Democracy 2025 is a coalition of more than 280 legal and advocacy groups representing millions of people determined to employ legal action to disrupt attacks against basic freedoms and the US government and economy by the Trump administration.

This Is the Moment We Were Made For.

The sheer number of harmful efforts that came from the early days of the first Trump administration were not sufficiently countered with pro-democracy legal actions. And today, the threat of this second Trump administration to democracy and freedom is even greater.

Litigation remains an essential tool to counter harmful, illegal, anti-democratic actions from the Trump-Vance administration. Democracy 2025 is developing legal theories and strategies that can be applied quickly and strategically, as soon as necessary, to increase our power and yield better results.
