Exempt / Full-time Position (37.5 hours)
Salary: $49,000 to $54,000 with benefits
Position is grant-funded through June 2020 with the possibility or intention or funding
The Early Childhood Systems Coordinator is responsible for building on and strengthening the local early childhood systems. The primary functions for this position in the first year are to implement new Buncombe early childhood data-collection projects and investigate new systems to create cost-savings and efficiencies through shared services models and single portal of entry models.
The Coordinator will work closely with Buncombe Partnership for Children’s (BPFC) Child Care Resources team, the BC Early Childhood Education & Development Fund Committee and other community partners to gather input, research, and evaluate early childhood systems.
The right candidate for this position will have experience with systems level and collaborative work, be flexible and creative, and be a strong communicator and planner.
