Fans are now wondering what was in the prenup and what the couple walked away with.

According to Radar, the most contentious clauses of the prenup involved Tucker having to vacate Burruss’s home within 30 days if they split, and the stipulation that he would receive nothing if Burruss died during their marriage. Mama Joyce, Burruss’ mother was reportedly the driving force behind the prenup, fearing Tucker was “looking for a payday.” Tucker ultimately signed the prenup on the eve of their wedding.

The resolution of the prenup means that the assets Burruss built before their union are secure, allowing the couple to focus on co-parenting.

The couple, who married two years ago, arrived fashionably late and stayed well past midnight. Dinner included Beijing chicken tempura, chicken satay, and salt-and-pepper prawns.
