Kanye West offered a member of TMZ’s paparazzi double her salary following her alleged “disrespectful” remark about his wife Bianca Censori’s “free will.”
“I’m a Grown A$$ Superhero”
TMZ shared the footage of the rapper/producer on Jan. 29 following his appearances at Charlie Wilson’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
The paparazza speedily walked beside West and recorded him from her phone. She asked, “People want to know if Bianca has her free will. Some people are saying you’re controlling her.”
West cut off the woman’s question and snatched her phone. While wearing a black mask, he said, “You think you can walk up on me like that? You think cause you a white woman, you can walk up on me and ask some crazy (expletive) like that?”
The woman asked for her phone back, but West wanted her to acknowledge his questions and point of view. West also asked for the woman’s full name. The incident de-escalated after West offered to pay the woman double her TMZ salary.

For several years, Wendy Williams’s life has been a hot topic. She’s faced medical complications and financial struggles. Now all of her ‘tea’ will be spilled in the upcoming Lifetime documentary Where is Wendy Williams?
Where is Wendy Williams? premieres February 24 and 25 at 8 p.m. on Lifetime.
In this two-part documentary, Williams is “opening the doors to her private life like never before” and is giving full access to the network to film her and her family for nearly two years.
It’s hard to imagine what the cameras have captured, but Elaine Frontain Bryant, programming head of Lifetime, Lifetime Movie Network, and A&E, said in a statement that fans will get all of the tea on Williams and her life.
“Wendy has been a part of the Lifetime family for over a decade, and during that time, we partnered with Wendy for her revealing biopic and doc,” she said. “But her story is not finished. There is so much more to it. Nobody knew the depths of Wendy’s reality so we hope that what our cameras captured can help shine a light on what she is facing now.”
Catch Where is Wendy Williams? on Feb. 24 and 25 on Lifetime.
About Last Night: Stephen Curry and his wife star in a celebrity couples game.
NBA superstar Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha are producing a childhood literacy documentary titled Sentenced.
The Golden State Warriors point guard will narrate the film as well as produce while his wife, Ayesha, who serves as CEO of Sweet July, will produce alongside Jeff Martin from It Matters and Children’s Literacy Project.
Sentenced is described as an “immersive and vulnerable exploration of the epidemic of childhood illiteracy through a series of braided character driven stories.” Those stories will be offered from diverse adults and children who have never learned to read.
“Sentenced is a powerful project that we are honored to be a part of, driving necessary conversations on the importance of childhood literacy, a haunting issue that was only intensified as result of the pandemic,” said the couple in a joint statement.
The Children’s Literacy Project funded the production of the film. At the conclusion of the film, the plan is to offer viewers a chance to learn more about local “teach a kid to read” initiatives though volunteer opportunities via a QR code.
