Rapper Saweetie has given herself a three-year crash course in self care. During an appearance on Kevin Hart’s Hart to Heart series, Saweetie admitted that her fame came with a lot of distress that she had to learn to manage.

“I’ve been stressed out for the last three years,” she shared. “The stress of being a woman in the spotlight, it’s very microscopic. Questions like “What are you doing with your life?” Everyone is micromanaging your moves, making comments, opinions, and I wasn’t used to that.”

The “Icy” rapper says she dealt with episodes of mental breakdowns through her career, and can feel the physical effects of her high tolerance of stress, pain and turmoil.

“My body overheats, I feel like the inside of me is rotten without lots of sleep and I get really dehydrated.”

Saweetie says that time in quarantine inspired her self-care journey. She practiced meditation and reflection.

“That gave me a whole new experience and when I did that, I wanted to start fresh.”

No one is happier about the demise of Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Pete Davidson than her ex-husband Kanye West.

In a recent Instagram post, West celebrated the end of Kardashian’s nine-month relationship by sharing a photoshopped New York Times front page that read: “Skete Davidson Dead At Age 28.” The image also takes a shot at rapper Kid Cudi, whose creative partnership with West soured due to Cudi’s own friendship with Davidson. “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers,’ a sub-headline referring Cudi’s Rolling Loud appearance where he ended his set when fans threw objects on the stage.

After Davidson began dating Kardashian late last year, West repeatedly verbally and physically threatened Davidson by encouraging his fans to public harass the SNL star.

According to TMZ, Kardashian and West’s divorce is still moving forward and is expected to be finalized before year’s end.

Wendy Williams’s family is concerned for her mental health after the former talk show host alleged that she married a New York police officer.

According to Page Six, Williams’s family is worried that she is surrounded by individuals who don’t have her best interests at heart. Recently, Williams told friend and Hollywood Unlocked founder Jason Lee that she had married a police officer named Henry.

Williams’s jeweler and now representative William Selby told Page Six that she’s not married and that she’s just merely excited about her relationship.

Willow Smith finally broke her silence on her dad Will Smith’s Oscar slap recently.

After her family faced strong social media backlash following Smith slapping Chris Rock, Willow publicly addressed the incident for the first time in a new interview.

Willow told Billboard in an interview that the controversial slap didn’t “rock me as much as my own internal demons.”

“I see my whole family as being human and I love and accept them for all their humanness,” the 21-year-old musician said. “Because of the position that we’re in, our humanness sometimes isn’t accepted and we’re expected to act in a way that is conducive to a healthy human life and isn’t conducive to being honest.”
