Lake Julian Festival of Lights
A tradition for many mountain families and visitors.
Visitors are invited to watch the lights twinkle over the lake and listen to their favorite seasonal tunes while driving through the magical wonderland.
This year’s Festival of Lights will take place nightly from December 2-23, 2025.
- Sunday through Thursday, from 6-8:30 p.m.
- Friday & Saturday, from 6-9 p.m.
Tickets – Prices do not include credit card fees.
- $15 for personal vehicles (standard cars/vans)
- $50 for sprinter vans, trailblazers, and conversion vans
- $100 for buses and motorcoaches
Buncombe County Days
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, residents of Buncombe County in a personal vehicle will be given free entry and do not need to purchase tickets for entry.
Your ticket is valid for a one-time use any night of the festival; tickets are not date-specific. Please check www.facebook.com/lakejulianpark for information on closings due to winter weather.
20% of all proceeds benefit Special Olympics Buncombe County. You will have the option at checkout to make an additional donation.
