Meta is a certified wellness practitioner, author, seasoned teacher, and healer focused deeply on issues of oppression since the early 1990s. In that time frame, she worked with groups and individuals using story medicine in numerous formats. She’s a proud graduate of Goddard College in Vermont where she earned her MFA in fiction writing.

Story Medicine for Racial Healing takes place Wednesdays, August 22 through October 3, 2018 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at The Chapel, 20 Beverly Road West, Asheville, NC 28806.
