Are you a high school student in Buncombe County showing leadership in your community? This opportunity is for you.
In late April the MLK Association honors area high school students who have demonstrated leadership, intellectual, and community engagement skills.
Each year, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Association of Asheville and Buncombe County recognizes high school students who demonstrate:
- Leadership
- Intellectual achievement
- Community engagement
Selected students receive recognition awards and a scholarship to the college or university of their choice.
