A-B Tech School of Nursing Accepting Spring 2026 Applications
The demand for healthcare professionals continues to rise.
The A-B Tech School of Nursing is accepting applications for Spring 2026 admission to its Associate Degree Nursing program through October 24.
With Mission Health’s recent announcement that more than 100 nurses will be hired this year, and strong job growth projected nationally, nursing is one of the most in-demand careers.
The US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projected 15% growth for Registered Nurses (RNs) from 2016 to 2026, creating over 438,000 new US jobs. This growth is attributed to the aging population’s increased healthcare needs and the retirement of many nurses. The demand for healthcare professionals, especially in outpatient care centers and home healthcare settings, continues to rise. Nationally, median pay for nurses is $93,600 year or $45 per hour.
To be considered for admission, applicants must be a high school graduate or have an adult high school or high school equivalency diploma. Applications must be received by Friday, October 24. Successful applicants also must complete the TEAS test by October 31, 2025.
