Student Completes Degree Before Getting High School Diploma
MJ Kunst, a student at Nesbitt Discovery Academy in the Asheville City School System, received an associate’s degree from A-B Tech on May 12, 2018, a month before she crossed the stage as a member of Nesbitt’s first graduating class.
MJ earned an A-B Tech degree tuition-free through the Career & College Promise program. Five other Nesbitt graduates will earn tuition-free A-B Tech degrees at the end of A-B Tech’s summer session.
