UNC Asheville 2015 Graduates

With 465 graduates receiving degrees, UNC Asheville celebrated the May 9, 2015 commencement. UNC Asheville’s class of 2015 included 257 December graduates and 34 August graduates, for a total of 756.

The May 9 commencement, the first led by Chancellor Mary K. Grant, featured an address by novelist Wiley Cash, a graduate of the class of 2000. Cash will receive an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree, as will Michell Hicks, principal chief of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
