Project Lighten Up

Community Summer Day Camp, held June 13 to August 5, 2016 at Rock Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Asheville.

Camp hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Children must be picked up between 5 and 6 p.m. We serve breakfast, lunch and a snack.

We blend education and recreation into daily activities (Reading, Math, Arts & Crafts, Personal Development, Recreation). Educational field trips: Police, Sheriff Dept. and Fire Dept., Nature Center, dairy farm, UNCA; Fun field trips: Bowling, Swimming, Skating, and many other places.
