Pop-Up Dinners Kick-Off

Dinners take place on Thursday evenings, with seatings at 5:30 and 7 p.m.

Green Opportunities Kitchen Ready Cycle 12 Pop-Up Dinners kick-off at Southside Kitchen, located at the Edington (former Reid) Center located at 133 Livingston Street.

Pop-Up Dinners provide our culinary students with a unique platform to hone their skills and gain “live” experience cooking and plating restaurant-quality, multi-course dinners.

Pop-Up Dinners are served by students enrolled in the Table Service Essentials course, a seven-week course that prepares students to work in the restaurant service industry. Both Kitchen Ready and Table Service Essentials are offered through a partnership between Green Opportunities and A-B Tech Community College.

Get Involved!

Community members are welcome to join us for dinner on Thursday evenings from June 2 to July 7. Dinner seatings take place at 5:30 and 7 p.m. and are first-come, first-served. Meals are free and open to all, but donations are encouraged! All donations go directly to our students.
