Asheville Housing Authority’s New Office Hours

The Asheville Housing Authority’s office hours changed effective October 1, 2015.

Each of the Asheville Housing Authority’s offices and properties will now open at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. If residents or members of the public need to meet with a property site manager during alternative times, please contact the manager to make an appointment.

The new office hours apply to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and Project Based Voucher offices as well.

Asheville Housing Authority is an affordable housing provider that assists more than 6,500 Asheville/Buncombe residents. Asheville Housing owns or operates 1,955 affordable housing units and administers more than 1,600 tenant-based vouchers, and is recognized by HUD as a high performer.
