National Small Business Week Awards

Nominate a deserving small business by December 8, 2025.

As part of National Small Business Week, the US Small Business Administration takes the opportunity to highlight the impact of outstanding entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community members from all 50 states and US territories. 

Small business owners are the innovators, risk-takers, and job creators who pour their heart and soul into starting, growing, and expanding their businesses.

Nominations for the SBA’s National Small Business Week Awards for 2026 are due December 8, 2025 at 7 a.m. For 2026, these awards will include:

  • Small Business Person of the Year
  • Exporter of the Year
  • Manufacturing, Rural, and Blue-collar Small Businesses of the Year (Under “District Office Awards” link below)
  • Phoenix Awards for Small Business Disaster Recovery – strongly encouraged for our Helene survivors

Honorees will be recognized during a two-day event in Washington, D.C. that includes networking and educational sessions.

Small business owners may self-nominate! Nominate a deserving small business, or nominate yourself is applicable, for these highly prestigious awards!
