WNC Spring 2022 Career Expo

Find the Next Step in Your Career

The WNC Career Expo takes place Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center, 87 Haywood St. in Downtown Asheville.

Businesses and organizations in our region are ready to promote career opportunities for job seekers in advanced manufacturing, technology, health care, tourism, professional services, and other growth industries. Any and all job seekers are encouraged to attend this one-stop opportunity to meet directly with representatives from companies that are hiring now.

For Job Seekers

• There is no cost or registration required to attend the WNC Career Expo.
• Parking is available in the City Garage adjacent to Harrah’s, and they have graciously waived parking garage fees for those attending the Career Expo.

For Employers

Booth Rental

• Registration includes one booth.
• One 6-ft table and 2 chairs are included. Electricity is available for an additional $50 fee.
• Employers are responsible to bring their own 20-ft extension cord and duct tape to secure the cord to the floor.
• Employers are to arrive at 8:00 am to set up. Job seekers begin arriving by 10:30 am.

Employer Lunches and Refreshments

• Coffee, bottled water, and snacks will also be provided to participating employers in the designated Employer Lounge
• Boxed lunches are provided (2 per booth) with the option of ordering more lunches for your staff at $10/lunch
• To ensure a safe event, all eating and drinking must be done in the Employer Lounge.
