Job interviews call for you to present your very best self. This class is designed to help you curb your nervousness, feel more confident, and shine in your interviews. Students will learn how to interview from start to finish. An “over-the-top” cover letter and résumé might get you an interview, but it takes “you” to get the job.

This class is not only for job seekers; it is for those who want to
keep their interview and professional skills polished. Class will
include:

• How to compose an excellent cover letter

• How to dress professionally

• How to answer tough interview questions

• How to use the inverted pyramid theory

• How to deal with conflict

• Telephone and e-mail etiquette

• Conversation about the power of a smile and thank you
