Christmas time should start early, every day, touching the hearts and the needs of so many, giving all that we are in a smile, in a hug, and in the strong commitment of Loving to make a difference. Living each moment of life with eternity!

Is there Christmas in a Third World country? Is there Christmas for the abandoned children? Is there any Christmas for the ill children whose parents have no money for the medicine their children require at a hospital? Is there any Christmas for the children of miners and natives of the rural areas of my dear Ecuador?

Is Christmas
compatible with injustice? How is it that so many are stressed by not
having enough money to buy more unnecessary things to celebrate
Christmas?

Apparently there are different concepts of Christmas: one is just a
result of our own egotistical ways regarding life, where everything
should satisfy and fill “my own needs” and where everything should give
me “the sensation of feeling good.”

The true meaning of Christmas, though is to be able to find not our
differences, and our great “gap-like” of status, culture, background ,
but the great richness there is in each of us, the great amount of
possibilities each person brings to our life if we just care to
appreciate, and the power togetherness produces by enabling us to start
to build day by day, Christmas for everybody, to make smiles a rule in
our life, to share hugs, to care and be actively involved in the great
puzzle of life, for if for some reason one piece doesn’t fit it just
doesn’t allow us to enjoy the greatness of the final work of art we are
honored to live. If we contribute to the joy of others, this will
therefore result in our own joy.

May Christmas be for each of us an everlasting season, may we find the
true meaning of Christmas, which is the birthday of Our Most High King
Christ, who gave us the example of entirely giving himself in love.

Life does not repeat itself: the privilege of loving those that surround us is NOW.
