League of Women Voters Fall Forum

The League of Women Voters will hold its final fall forum on Monday, October 15, at 6:30 p.m. at the Skyland Volunteer Fire Department in Arden, 9 Miller Road, Arden (where Long Shoals meets Hendersonville Rd.). Candidates for NC House District 116 and Buncombe County Commission District 3 will discuss the issues and answer the public’s questions. The district 3/District ranges from Leicester, Candler, and Enka in the north and west to Biltmore Forest, Arden, and Skyland in the south.

Voters who are not certain which district they are in can visit the League’s one-stop election information website, at Vote411.org, where by typing in their street address they can learn exactly which districts and offices they will be voting in this fall.
