Skyview Golf Association Marks 66 Years of Pro/Am Competition

Western North Carolina’s oldest golf tournament.

The tournament will be played at the Country Club of Asheville.

The Skyview Golf Association’s Annual Pro/Am Tournament returns for its 66th year, bringing together generations of golfers and supporters who have helped preserve one of Asheville’s longest‑running sporting traditions.

The tournament will take place at the Country Club of Asheville, located at 170 Windsor Road. Round 1 tees off September 21, 2026, with Round 2 following on September 22, 2026.

Amateur golfers will begin play at 9 a.m., while professional golfers take the course at 2:30 p.m.

Early registration ends September 11, 2026. Entry fees on the day of the tournament are $550 for professionals and $225 for amateurs. Refunds will be available only if federal, state, or local Covid‑19 restrictions affect the event.
