HELP Toolkit

The goal of Health Engagement Leading to Prevention (HELP) is to achieve a safe environment for seniors, people with disabilities, and formerly homeless individuals.

HELP supports WNC region’s residents obtain access to health care, food and other supplies, rental assistance, and additional resources, focusing on trust and relationships. Ideally this toolkit can serve as a guideline for the challenges and our approaches to them.
